Welcome to the Savin' The Girls website. We are a team of ladies raising money for the Atlanta Breast Cancer Community by participating in the Atlanta 2 Day Walk for Breast Cancer by It's The Journey. It’s The Journey’s mission is to strengthen Atlanta’s breast cancer community by raising money and awareness for local Atlanta organizations that focus on breast cancer education, early detection, awareness and support services, as well as the unmet needs in the breast cancer community. All the money raised stays in Georgia!
What is the difference between The Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer and other Breast Cancer walks?
- The 2-Day Walk raises money for Atlanta area breast cancer organizations and all money raised stays in Atlanta and the surrounding communities.
- The 2-Day allows walkers the choice of walking both Saturday and Sunday, choosing to walk up to 10-30 miles; or the option of being one of our Sunday walkers, choosing to walk up to 10 miles.
- Two Day Walkers raise a minimum of $1,000 to participate and Sunday walkers raise a minimum of $500 to participate .
- Two Day Walkers and Crew spend Saturday night at our host hotel .
